About Serena Spencer
Serena is a Solicitor of England and Wales who specialises in all aspects of trade mark protection, including prosecution and registration of national and international trade mark applications, contentious Intellectual Property matters, and Intellectual Property related agreements and contracts.
Serena works with both individuals and companies and assists with their IP requirements, whether they are creating a personal brand, are a start-up, or are a well-established brand. Serena’s clients are from a variety of industries, including fashion and beauty, sports, medical, AI, telecommunications, and software.
Serena’s holistic approach to IP protection ensures that clients are in the best position they can be in, no matter what stage they are in their journey.
Academically, Serena has a BSc in Forensic Science from the University of Kent and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, as well as successfully completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination and qualifying as a solicitor in 2023.
Serena was an analytical chemist for a number of years, before deciding to pursue a career in law. Serena has worked at both a mid-size London firm and a US firm, as a paralegal, before joining Panoramix Limited as a trainee solicitor.
Outside of work, Serena enjoys watching and going to women’s football matches, travelling with family and friends, and spending time with her dog, Otis.
