About Anagha
Anagha is an IP Paralegal at Panoramix IP and a qualified Advocate, with more than five years of experience in intellectual property. She holds a BA.LLB (Hons.) and an LLM in Intellectual Property and Trade Law, combining a strong legal background with practical experience managing intellectual property rights across multiple jurisdictions.
Her work spans trade marks, designs and copyright, with particular expertise in filing, prosecution, docketing and portfolio management. Anagha takes a practical and organised approach to her work, helping clients navigate procedural requirements efficiently while ensuring their intellectual property portfolios are carefully managed.
Experience
Before joining Panoramix IP, Anagha developed extensive experience in Indian intellectual property practice, handling trade mark, copyright and design matters before the Indian IP Offices. Her work included managing applications from initial filing through prosecution, as well as supporting the ongoing management of established portfolios.
She also has considerable experience handling trade mark and design matters in the United States and the United Kingdom, including filings, prosecution and procedural requirements. This international experience gives Anagha a strong understanding of the different processes involved in protecting and maintaining intellectual property rights across key jurisdictions.
Since joining Panoramix IP, she has played an important role in managing international IP portfolios, working closely with the wider team to provide responsive, accurate and client-focused support.
