About Sakshi

Sakshi Suri is an experienced IP Manager and Paralegal with more than 11 years of experience in patent prosecution support, docketing and intellectual property operations across multiple jurisdictions. Based in Noida, India, she plays a key role in ensuring complex global IP portfolios are managed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with international filing and prosecution requirements.

At Panoramix IP, Sakshi manages the firm’s patent, design and trade mark paralegal and docketing operations. Her role combines hands-on portfolio support with responsibility for quality, processes and operational efficiency, helping the wider team deliver a consistent and responsive service to clients.

Sakshi holds an MBA and LLB and has also participated in the European Patent Administration Certification (EPAC) examination as part of her continued professional development within intellectual property.

Experience

Sakshi has extensive experience supporting patents throughout their lifecycle, from initial filing and prosecution through to validation and ongoing portfolio maintenance. Her expertise includes patent and trade mark docketing, filing and prosecution support, deadline management, IDS coordination, annuity management, EP validations, data validation and portfolio reporting.

Throughout her career, she has coordinated closely with attorneys, inventors, clients and foreign associates to manage deadlines and procedural requirements before major patent offices worldwide.

Alongside her portfolio work, Sakshi has led process improvement initiatives, developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), undertaken quality audits and delivered training programmes. This experience enables her to identify opportunities to improve workflows while maintaining the accuracy and consistency required when managing valuable IP rights.

She is also highly proficient in intellectual property management systems including Equinox, Anaqua, FoundationIP, Patricia, Memotech and PATTSY.
